主料

野生靈芝Glossy Ganoderma 花膠Fish Maw 老雞Free-Range Chicken 豬肉Pork 杞子Wolfberries

靈芝燉花膠的做法步驟

1.將野生靈芝、老雞和豬肉切成小片。Slice the glossy
ganoderma, free-range chicken and pork.

2.將乾魚翅浸泡12個小時,再用姜蒜煲軟後備用。Soak the
dry fish maw in water for 12 hours, and stew together with
garlic and chives until it turns soft.

3.將豬肉和老雞放入沸水中煮2分鐘後放入盅內。Add
pork and free-range chicken to boiling water and boil for 2
minutes, then put into an earthen pot.

4.加入蒸餾水燉6小時。Simmer for 6 hours in distilled water.

5.花膠在起用前2小時放入湯內。Add fish maw in earthen
pot 2 hours in advance before ready.
